My bet would be that yes it does change. I think i've seen a copy process of the EULA file a couple of times now during the patches.

Its called covering your A$$.
Obviously if they learn something in the EULA can potentially cause em harm, its reasonible to assume that they will change it.
There is a reason why you have to accept it everytime you launch, its so you cannot claim you haven t seen the latest EULA.

Hm. I actually read that bad boy from top to bottom ONCE. I thought that would be enough, but now it seems I gotta do this each time they patch. Well, no worries, the patching will just take an hour longer
