Legchopper GLoves

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where this so called "Legchopper" guy is, the one that drops the gloves that add to 2he, and also roughly what lvl team i would need to bring him down.

don't remember the coords, but follow road from Tir west gate until you zone in VW's and stay along the road until you find him...not too far...maybe 1-2 minute run.


My friend(lvl 125MP) soloed Jack using a CacoDemon and casting Nano Shutdown, but was a close fight.

I got 'This Axe Belongs to Jack' afterwards
