    Inits again..

    I've seen both Cz and JimSalabim mention that the weapons with wrong initatives will be fixed in 14.6.

    Well.. what I would like to know is this still what is planned, or will the init fixes come with the 14.5 patch ?
    JimSalabim also mentions that bows are getting a "boost" and from what he writes in the above post, I get the impression that this would be included in the *next* patch out the door. Not nescessarily 14.6.

    One more thing..please put a bow buff in the game.

    it would be nice if bows had mroe than 4 rounds. I would use my kwind if it did, give me something other than an x-3 to use so I don't look like a doc. (sad but true)

    Yes, clip-size on some of the bows are way to small.

    This post was written to try get an answer on when the init fixes will come tho.
    14.5 ? 14.6 ? ..or should i just ipr bow (again ) as they will never come ?

    Init fixes

    The init fixes are set for the 14.6 patch, I believe. 14.5 will be almost a pure content patch, which 14.6 gets bug fixes and features.

    I would like to point out they also said it would be fixed by 14.2 oh err wait was it 14.4 .. umm hrmmm gah I never remember hehehehehe.

    Why not just patch item data base?

    If the messed up inits is just a error in the data base... why can't you correct it and patch the item database? Is it really that hard?

    All the patches don't have to include new items, content, etc. we'd be VERY happy with tiny patches that fixed stupid bugs that you are aware of which take little or no time to fix!

    Also, since the ini's were improperly set by Funcom, will they compensate the wasted ipr's the players will have to use to set their weapons to the proper ini.
    Seems they should as it was their mistake, I will definetly petition if not

    It's not just docs. Any casting or pet class. I see more NT's than
    anything using them, right along with docs, and some MP's.

    I've been beggin for an agent's own bow buff, all along. For very
    many months, actually. A bow is a distance weapon. It's also
    what many other games give their rouge classes, which we fit
    perfectly. Not only THAT, but there are a few Bow/Rifle combos.
    Personally? I'd go Reet-Tech if we had a good BOW buff, surely!

    Or KIWD Sniper, if it had at least a 15 round clip! KIWD SNIPER
    CROSSBOW! Okay, agents are snipers... who else? Ummmm...

    Well, that's us, and only us! So where's my bow buff!?

    And *BUMP* give that horrible thing a good clip! It's what ALL
    agents have wanted. Good base and regular damage output,
    fair speed with high init, and a damn fine special combo. AS/fling.
