Smile More static missions please, and at lower levels...

Almost all the existing static missions/special loot npc's are 130+ and that's kinda boring... not to mention how camped they are because of the lack of alternatives... long live foremans! :\

Nope, there are tons of static missions with no name geared towards low levels. For example, the restricted factory areas, access green, in Harry's dock side area. And then there are the Omni-Med experiment labs, access green, in Omni-1 Trade. And plenty more.

But they don't drop any unique loot, and I think dungeon loot is what you are asking, not the dungeons themselves, no?

    Well both actually

Well both actually, you don't want the same boring caves as when you do normal missions. It doesn't feel very 'special' then.
For example: Smugglers den looks totally different, Foremans, Camelot castle, Cyborg barracks... those are interesting because they stand out. Not like 'the Living cyber armor quest' which is basically 3 different single missions. The Dodga/Alvin quests are interesting too, because they aren't like the normal missions. Or why not make 'fixer quests' for all professions? ..and give them a profession based ability if they complete it?

    Special quest for lvl 1-50

I've just tried the "Living cyber armor"-quest... the cyber armor is 1-50 in ql, it adjusts itself to your base stats, BUT...

Most people below lvl 35 will probably have a hard time to complete the quest, since you have to go all the way to Foremans at TLR... and we all know what the road from Bliss/West Athens look like for a low level char... not to mention that it's a 15 minute run if you haven't put IP into run speed.

And with maxed Int/Psy and boosts, the armor will be around ql 45 when you find it, so it's good for about 5 levels or so

PS: Did the quest with my lvl 10 crat thanks to "Temporary glamor" and "Gridspace freedom" ...but that's just stupid if you need those reqs for it :P
