Where to find a team/hunt outdoors after level 60?

I'm Omni, to start, so that'll throw out half the suggestions.

So far, the only place I've teamed outside is 20k (Vb camp, 8x8).

Are there other good teaming areas and places to find teams?

I'm having a hell of a time trying to find groups when 20k is full. Are there other hunting grounds considered as fertile? I stopped by Greater Omni Forest, but no one was there at the time.

teaming in 20k is the second most fun period of a character's life (IMHO).
The most fun period, is teaming in Lush.

but then, my highest char is barely above lvl 100. Teammissions is the only way he really lvls up. I have a dream, about going somewhere into the wilderness and hunt outdoors again, but most teams say stuff like "nah, too far to travel", "noo risky, with 25%gas and the ganking and all", "too far away from a scanner", "not efficient/fast enough" and stuff like that.
