He drops clan-only sleeves that add to full auto
I have never played a solider but from my understanding a lot of soliders like these sleeves and are worth getting. It adds to other things besides full auto.
they do, but at this point I don't think there are/were buffs for full auto, so they were the only thing out there besides implants and IP and gen buffs
Each sleeve is +36 AR and +36 FA. Requires 601 stamina and clan alingment to equip.
P.S. Some omni were switching to clan to equip and then switching back to omni; Funcom come has announced that they intend to "fix" the item so that you won't get the mods once you've switched back to omni. See:

Of course this won't prevent anyone from using the sleeves solely for the FA mod to equip a weapon (e.g. just equip the gun while clan; take sleeves off; switch back to omni).
