useless roots , fix plz

this is a pvp matter.
if a Trader/Agent/Nt root a Enforcer / MA etc in pvp ,he can break this root with swimming inexperience i.e. Almost every attackin nano on self would break this root , was the game ment this way? If not , fix asap.

Fix nanoresist first. And when I resist your roots instead of having to debuff you'll be able to come back and complain about that.
