even shades had their perk range increased...but wooot now i`m know it`ll be 3 meter forever
Perks hitting on your damage type is a huge boost to MAs imo - actually with all these perks being fixed to do that (tho I loathe to say it) it may be time for a cocoon un-nerf.

all the changes i saw look good.
red dusk recharge is 26 seconds. Thats really nice.. alternating with incapacitate, or stacking them should keep docs more nerfed during duels.
I hope that the recharge time is shorten, if the duration is also shorten.

recharge on miss 16 sec.
duration 10 sec
now :
recharge on hit 60 sec
recharge on miss 30 sec
duration 20 sec.
4 sec longer recharge in comparision ,
also incapacitate now debuffs 250 ini more..for 5 sec lower duration. recharge still 60 sec. only good thing is attack time reduced to 1 sec.
brawler lost its first stun
idk, but brawl, 20% 4 sec stun 15 sec recharge
then use ape fist, 50% 4sec stun 17 sec if u have 2 pred sleeves
then use brawl perk, 20% 2 sec stun, 35sec lock
then kung fu master3 ,50% 2 sec stun 60sec lock
but now tl5 ma's have to find another way to actually be competitive in pvp in any way
it used to be, if by some chance, each of those landed, and each stunned you might be lucky enough, if you dimach and crit a few times, to kill your target
