Advent Nanos To High To Use

hi all i am an advent at lvl 91

i have looked at the nanos for my char and have found most are
to high to use at this lvl even from lvl 80 to 91
i still cant use any of the nano that have to have skill of like
500+ to use in biomet mat met & mat cre

i have to get from like lvl 80 to 100 beffor i can use any other nanos

thats means i need about 13mill + exp

and i think thay could make some of the nanos a bit lower
in bio met / mat met / mat cre
