why shouldn't they have?
they are leaders and give you motivational speecehs to help you motivate to kill faster.
Yeah, one of the motifs for crats was 'leader'. The Motivational speeches are meant to demonstrate their abilities to motivate and guide a team under their command. But, in my opinion, the crit buff speech line is nowhere near as powerful as the AMS/DMS speech line! That adds to the team's ability to hit and crit and reduces their chances of being hit and crit. And crats can only have one speech going at a time.
Demotivational speeches, on the other hand, are worthless because they spoil mez, a crats bread-and-butter.
