Basic Profession Specific Implants

The database has some mildly interesting sounding entries for Basic profession Specific Implants. I didn't see them in any of the stores. Does anybody know if they actually exist in the game, and has anybody seen them? Or is this something that just exists for NPCs?

Hmm ... I just noticed that the description starts with "Sells ..."

Are they shop terminal prototypes?

Bwa ha ha ha ha ... oh, man, I hope so, on behalf of every profession that's got nanoprogramming as a blue skill. Even if they're only mediocre implants and only available in limited QLs, they would free up a lot of low level characters from having to pay MPs and Engineers big bucks to assemble implants for them.

Of course, as someone who has an Engineer alt and an MP alt, I'm appalled.
