Oki, tell me.... what is this thing ?? What does it do ? if it does anything...

It says in the description, there is some kind of egg inside which is worth a lot.. how do i remove it ? if this is true

I`m not sure, but you can try to use a "precious metal reclaimer" altough, thats used for jewelery
but, "if you didn`t tried, you won`t want to solve it"

As far as I know, that is one of a couple of quest items that are in the game.

But... right now they don't do anything since there are no NPC (that I am aware of) that acutally take them.

If you use them, they will usually generate some floating text over your head.

Other than that, they don't do anything... at least they don't do anything the last time I checked.
