The building that contains the advanced store, go stand outside looking away from the door, keep the wall of the building it is in on your left, at a point you find a ramp up, follow the ramp up, then keep the wall on your right, next door is the basic shop.

Omni trade.
Go to the cellscanner, turn east, start walking, first oval shaped building on the left is the Miir store. Next oval shaped building on the left is a basic store.
