It may not be immediately obvious, but when all the details are taken into account, it is certain that nanoprograms are cast from the feet. Furthermore, to target an opponent with a nano you must cast it on his/her feet too.

Omni tech scientists have most likely missed this startling revelation. Until now. The feet are the source of all Nano-power!

It was proven by comparing which body parts of the individual had to be in line of sight with which body parts of the target in order to cast a nano-program. These test repeatedly and conclusively showed that the feet are the source of your nano-power, and any intervening object between your feet and those of your target will block line of sight.

So! The next time you seem to be having trouble hitting a target that's in plain view, simply hang one leg over the table/chair/pebble on the floor/bump/low bush or whatever, and let your stubby little digits fire away.
