I found this guy who looks like a miniature Buzzsaw Technoscavenger walking around just north of Harry's. His name was Metallomania, and all I could get him to do was insult me for being organic, then warn me to back off. When I didn't, he killed me (dark red to me at lvl 40). Is he associated with any quests? Does anyone know anything about him?
Sort of. He and a number of other unique bots are associated with the Dodga/Alvin quest, but the first part of that is currently broken, and I'm not sure the second part works yet...

Yes he is part of the Trash King quest (dunno the name). He drops a part for the memory rack (?) that Trash King drops.
I think there are 8 bots like him around the planet.
