Which part are you talking about? From what I understand the quest is a 3 part series. If you would post the part that isn't currently working I'll look into it with one of my characters on Omni once the test server comes back up to 14.2
1 - First quest does not work (items do not combine) (Used to work fine up until recently)
2 - Upon completion of the first quest - It is not possible to actually complete the second quest. From what I understand "he" is supposed to give a tracker item which you need to use to complete mission II. He does not hand this item out.
3 - Appears to be working correctly.
