Where is Holes in the Wall????

I got a quest tonight while in Athens. It said t go to Holes in the Wall near where the Rusty Spiked Axe has been hidden. Where is Holes in the Wall? Is the a place in Athens or a whole separate location??

Holes in the wall is an area located just east of Borealis. Not sure which part of Athen you are in, but if you travel to Old Athen (the large walled city) you can use the Wompa to get to Borealis quickly. Then just follow the southern road from there.
