Where's my free gift?

Though it doesn't surprise me to hear of such variability in the GMs, it does sadden me.

I've chosen a different path. I've just written a fairly long letter to the president of Funcom, with my exchange between myself and their CS group cut-n-pasted for review. I may hear nothing, but I may hear something this way... we'll see. Either way, if this doesn't do it I may well try the in-game solution again. As someone who signed up for six-months on day one, I certainly feel it is reasonable to ask for the pack, even if I did take a hiatus after reaching my level of frustration in late September.

Well, everyone saw the announcement... enough pressure was brought to bear, and the free gift is back on. It ain't much, but dammit, we earned it
