LVL 43 n00b needs help on RK2

hey guys, I have been away for AO for about 4 or 5 months now. I have a soldier up to lvl 43 and he needs some help. I have some crappy gunz that don't do much dammage. My IP are all miss-allocated (I suspect). I need some help rebuilding him and getting him geared up and (when the patch goes through) reassigning his IP.

I quit for so long because my computer wasn't quite able to handle running AO, but a new comp is on the way!
