Freedom Arms????
Like a lot of people I am returning to AO because of all the good press as of late. My question is, I still have two sprarkling freedom arms which were the thing to have when I left, have they been nerfed and if so what is the best dual wield pistol these days?
Yes they have been nerfed (in the multi-wield requirements) There is no "best" dual wield pistol anymore. Only shotguns.

Yea..as stated, they have not only been nerfed in dual weild requirements, they also are not obtainable by any means other than from another player who happens to already have them.
And as Paldorr said, there really aren't any true pistols (i.e., that don't require shotgun or some other primary weapon skill) that are worth anything compared to most other weapons.
I'm switching away from pistols as soon as 14.2 hits. The only thing I really use regularly now is PNG's, so at least I *consistantly* do "piddly but at least some" damage, instead of most of the time hitting for only 10 pts.

A suggestion: Find yourself a Trader and ask him for a possible bussiness deal on a pair of "special" pistols..
You see the BBI Faithful from the Trader stoore is a very nice one.

It´s up to you to deside If you still wish to use the faitfull, As I see it right now there is no real Fiering tests done that I know of (My first Character isn´t an Adventurer)

Have Khemo Techs stopped appearing in stores as well?
Ive looked for them the past couple of weeks but haven't found any.

I haven't seen a Kheemo Tek pistol in stores for quite some time. The desert reet has become rare also.

The desert reet has been showing up in missions a lot but not in shops. I decided to go with the ithaca shotgun, low cycle time and decent damage.
