Lets take a level 50 agent (player X) in this case.

In FC view, X should only weild a ~QL70 rifle. Killing a green mob with no difficulty, yellow mob with some difficulty and almost impossible to fight a red mob.

Current State A:
X can wield a QL 150 rifle. Doing damage at least twice he is capable of. A few hits to kill a red con mob.

So, OE-nerf.

Current State B:
Granted with enough NCUs (can be done very easily with agent/trader) X with a QL70 rifle can run around with UVC/Essence of Behemoth/Doc HP buff/TTS... and still do more damage than he supposed to. X still wouldnt have any prob killing a red mob, just need a few more hits.

No fix for this.

After 14.2, you would see more and more people begging for buffs to either powerlvling or pvping. Things are still not balanced !
Something need to be done to OB (Overbuffing)

This OB problem has been greatly affected many aspects of the game. You could see people who need the superbuffs to
solo mission. At higher level if you are uberbuffed, you can gain faster exp in soloing than grouping due to the stupid mission reward fix.
in PvP, you have to be overbuffed if you wanna compete (X simply stand no chance against another lvl 50 who is OBed).

Suggestion to solve this OB problem ?
I could recall Azzazzimon's suggestion about making buff team only (couldnt find the thread sorry), X could get whatever buff he wants when grouped with buffer, but once X or the buffer left group, buff would dissapear too.

Further illustration
Now X can still take advantage of other class buffs, but he can no longer taking advantage of buff from someone 100 lvls above him since he can gain no XP grouping.

This could lead to some problems tho, such as you have to team with doc all the time so you dont lose the+80 treatment buff, doc woudl be annoyed.

To reduce the problem, buffs should be classified as combat buffs and non-combat buffs.

Only combat buffs (buffs taht help you incraese efficiency in combat, ie crit, essence, doc hp buff....) needs the team-only restriction.

Non-combat buffs (ie treatment buff, enhanced sense, feline grace, iron circle...) can be casted to anyone.
