IP Reallocation!!!!!

Only thing that im a little weary about is the only mentioned mob changes were the reduced AC of mobs in 13.8 patch...some mobs are in drastic need of nerfing along with the players in this patch namely Ace and Real Mean Mobs have way too many hp's to be dealt with effectively even with the current state of overequipping.

Also all enforcer type mobs seem to have way more hp's than they should from typical buffs alone.

Please look into these things as well

The IP relocation was a bit weak and don´t fix problem with lost IP during changes of IP cost, but it is a very needed patch.
