what is going on with the name selection??

i am having a hard time selecting a name for my character. I have tried like 30 selections up to the point where i was just punching in letters. i finally got one name to accept, but it isnt what i want to keep. Is anyone else having this problem? another thing too its dark an awful lot... i have yet to see daylight when i get on

FC really need to release the names on accounts
that were canceled 5 months ago. ..

also:
go search for the names you wanted on the community site.
90% of them will be level1.

Yup since September the name I wanted(vazz) was taken. I tried giving him tells but he was always offline. Then FC made the new website so we could see everyones lvls and he's been the same lvl since.
