The CoT clerical staff wants YOU!

Greetings fellow citizens,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Council of Truth has two vacancies within the Clerical Staff.

The duties of these positions are as follows:

1: Sending out meeting notices for both the Clerical Staff and Council Representatives
Duties include:
~Responsible for posting the meeting notices on the CoT gridforums, public newschannel forums and other relevant channels.
~Other clerical duties as circumstances require.

2: Setting up Agenda/Speaker lists for CoT Meetings
Duties include:
~Counting votes and keeping track of the identities of those who voted during council session.
~Posting results on the CoT gridforum.
~Keeps voicelogs of meetings and posts these following the sessions. (Vicinity/System messages)
~Other clerical duties as circumstances require.

What skills are we looking for? You must have a good command of the English language, have tolerance to criticism, be able to attend most meetings, be well versed in Rubi-Ka politics, be able to work with your fellow staffers, and be willing to use the CoT grid-forums.

We would like to stress that this can be a lot of work, can produce a lot of grief, but ultimately can be very rewarding. Only those that are serious about serving your fellow Clan citizens apply please, because that is what the Staff is there for, to serve the Clans.

Applicants are also asked to attend the next CoT session, on January 29th, to give a short introduction of themselves and outline their potential contributions as a member of the Clerical Staff.
