I believe the alliance you belong to The Black Alliance made it abundantly clear that their goals are remove Ross by force and instate your own leader in his place. Ross would be endangering himself to attend a meeting with TBA leaders present.

Last time, he was in Ent, he was almost killed, i do not see why he should risk that again, with renegades after his life, and the Dust Brigades around, even tho they have been silent for some time now.
