Getting Implants built(Funcom)

As the population gets smaller on RK2 it becomes very difficult to get your implants built. Now, i have been playing on this server for a very long time !Rerolling is not an option. Having high level toon i know it is a pain getting tells before you fully zone into an area. I think it really bites when higher players simply don't want to help out even when offering to pay for there service . I kinda wish there was a machine in the (Trade Area) shops where i could place my implant pieces and there built for a price.

I know this might make some players emotional! However im tired of finding players who can build implants and finding out they quit. Also , sometimes i find someone that.. i know can build them and they won't Cause there tired of being bothered.
( I understand how they feel, Trust me!!)
