IP Reset

Theres a very easy solution to all this talk about an IP Reset. Simply create an item that we can buy and use once that resets all our IP (except map nav). This item could be level based and you would have to buy one thats the same or higher level then your character in order to use it. The high cost of such an item can keep it something that hopefully wouldnt be abused and at the same time be something people can work towards who feel they have made major mistakes or been slighted by recent changes. As to how much this should cost, perhaps along the same lines as a Yalmaha, give or take a bit. Something to consider at least, right?
