Where did everyone get their yalms (looking for a pattern here)?

I bought the Yalmaha I use and most of the people I know did too, but I know two people that found them in missions. One was found in Varmint Woods, the other was found in Pleasant Meadows. The one in Varmint Woods was before the loot levels in chests were changed. It was in a QL60 ish mission and the Yalmaha was QL37.

I have found Yalmahas personally in Broken Shores (city of home) and Milky Way, but I dont use these Yalmahas as they are way too high in level/skillreq.
