Looking For Neutral Guild on Rubika -2

I am looking for a neutral guild. I am a a Nan-Technician. I am neutral not because I am a profiteer butbecause I think that if everyone were truly neutral there would be on trivial conflicts. Yes I know I sound like a hippie. But i am not going to change my beliefs just so I can get free goodies and buffs. Remember my char. is on rubika 2.

I've heard some people asking about them, I personally haven't seen any around - I haven' t even seen many neutrals other than for a few minutes after character creation before they choose a side.
