need info for planner

Im making a character planner since i hate thinking out characters and IP distributions and don't have the time to play out the 100's of profession variations.

I need only 2 peices of info before i can finish though and i would be greatful to anyone who could tell me or point me to where i could find the info. (Please no guessing... i need exact info)

1) What are the IP amounts given at higher levels?

I know you get 4k IP from 1-14, 10k from 15-49, and 20k from 50-? but thats it.

2) Exactly how much do the base abilities effect the other skills?

eg) Run speed is effected by 20% Str, 40% Agi, and 40% Sta. How much will increasing Str, Agi and Sta effect run speed? Say i put 2 points into Str, and 4 into Agi & Sta, how much would run speed go up?

1) it is 40k exp 100-150 every level

2) dunno man, level up ONE newbie, ONE level, Youcan tinker with skills all you want using the IP's and the changes occur, just dont hit accept, keep playing with all the possible skills.

Maybe it is class related too *shrug*

I know that 12 inteligence gave me 4 comp lit yesterday..

not much but it is a start hehe.
