I propose that all players on RK1, upon encountering Starknaked ingame, give him all your money. You don't need to give him all your items, as this would clog his inventory, just the money will do.

This should go on until such time as Starknaked has plenty of spare cash.

Let's start this new routine as soon as possible, ok?
