Eclipse is an Elite Omni-tek department. Its personnel are extremely Omni oriented; loyalists who will do whatever Omni-tek asks with out question. We murder, we cheat, we help others, we save lives. Whatever it takes to complete our mission for Omni-tek. Omni-tek is all the family that a member of Eclipse needs. Eclipse has been referred to as a "Shadow Op". This is not the case. Eclipse is both the light and darkness. We are out there for all to see. Eclipse has no boundaries. Omni-tek is all.
