Dungeons? Where?

Could someone tell me where I can find a list of "static" dungeons with locations or tips on how to find them?

Can I talk to a in game computer character or something???

I can't seem to find these things, it would really help if there was some way of finding out about dungeons instead of word of mouth or using the website...

I would love to see some kind of in-game characters tell stories about dungeons or monsters drop "secret notes" to the locations of dungeons...

Well, just yesterday i was hunting in 'Rhino Cockpit' and for
some reason decided to follow two high level guys, after a 1
or 2 of running towards EastEastSouth from local oasis I
have found a mission like entrance in a huge rock at the
middle of desert. I went in and it was full of green
'Bloodcreepers', and the hole bunch of gray monsters (I am
lvl 30 MA). By the way all chests contained only quality 1
items.

All and all it was worth 5000-6000exp. plus few nice items
from looting monster corpses.

And once again, it was not a mission (at least not for me), I
will probably check it out today to see if it is static or not, or
one more thing I was able to enter that place multiple times
without ANY mission key.

Yeah, I have checked it yesterday and it is still 2 minutes
away towards W from Rhino Cockpit shops. All mobs are
same and what is interesting each of them is at the same
location where they where stationed last time.

I entered a mission in Omin Entertainment. Only grey mobs and low level items there. Didn't need a mission key. But what are those quests(static missions) that were recently added. I was thinking that some NPC asks for your help and when you help him/her he/she will give you an item as reward.
