Patch information.

Far too often we get short patch messages that say :

" We have removed a bug ..
" We have removed an exploit "
etc.

only to find out that basic gameplay mechanics have been altered.
Be it conceal in 13.0 , character view distance in 13.1 . There are numerous examples. I would like to stress that the players have a right to information regarding the changes in gameplay and would ask Funcom to be more informative about them.
