Articles of confederation $B!&(B
1 $B!&(B1 General Assembly
$B%-(B The General Assembly is a council of representatives from the organizations who have attained membership with the Confederation.
1 $B!&(B2 Membership
$B%-(B All organizations are welcome to join the Confederation. Political ideology is not regarded during the membership proceedings. All organizations are required to sign the Confederate Alliance Pact (C.A.P) and to select 2 members of belonging to their organization to represent them. If 2/3 of the council feels that membership should be canceled or postponed, a vote will be held to decide.
1 $B!&(B3 Elected Officials
$B%-(B Any person belonging to an organization with membership is allowed to run for public office.
o Grand Chancellor
$B%!(B Oversees the entire confederacy but can$BCU(B act without the councils approval. He/She will oversee the meetings as well. The chancellor has the duty of serving the people of the Confederacy (must be elected by the assembly)
o Vice $B!&(BChancellor
$B%!(B If the chancellor is unable to perform his duty, the Vice-Chancellor is either temporarily installed in his position. He must meet the requirements and be elected into office.
o Defense Minister
$B%!(B Oversees the Confederate Defense Force. He must meet the same requirements and be elected.
1 $B!&(B Voting
$B%-(B All members of the assembly are encouraged to speak about issues of concern. A representative that wishes to speak about a certain issue or have a voting called will have to submit it to the chancellor who will add it to the agenda. During the meetings each subject will be brought up on the agenda. Under no circumstance is an item to be left out or be considered unimportant. All organizations that have membership will be allowed up to 2 votes per voting session. The elected representatives must be the ones who cast the vote. In case of an emergency, the leader of an organization can take the place of 1 representative, but is only allowed 1 vote.
1 $B!&(B5 Order
$B%-(B The representatives who submit an item to the agenda will have 5 minuets to speak to the assembly. No members are to talk during this time. After the speech is over, there will be a 10 minuet buffer time for the assembly representatives to speak to one another and cast their vote.
1 $B!&(B6 Term in office
$B%-(B There is no limit to the term of representatives in the General Assembly. A leader may remove a representative if necessary, but must notify the Grand Chancellor. The Grand Chancellor him/her self has a 4 month term in office, but if the council disapproves of his/her job. A 2/3 vote will then remove the officer and will be replaced with another candidate from the prior election through a election vote.
1 $B!&(B7 Meetings
$B%-(B The Grand Assembly will meet 2 times a month. If more meetings are required then the Grand Chancellor will decide when. Emergency meetings can be called if notification is given 1 day prior.
