Looking for Omni-Armed Forces Boots

Well the subject says it. I´m looking for the Omni-Armed Forces Boots.
I know where to get the gloves and sleeves. I also know you have to kill Frederickson for the Body Armor. What I don´t know is who I have to kill to get the Boots, Helm or Pants.
Has anyone found out already?

i have personally seen them drop off smug, believe they also have a chance on high commanders fielding / hoover, not sure, and also fredrickson

smug has also dropped a book, which was turned in to eel and gave a helmet

Mhh that would make sense. In theorie I can imagine it this way:

The lowest quality armor parts drop of the Field Commanders (easiest) --> Gloves, Sleeves.
The lower middle quality parts drop of the High Commanders (good bit harder ql250ish) --> Pants, Boots.
The upper middle quality part drops of Smug (really hard lvl 300 Mob) --> Helm with additional drop of Pants and Boots.
The highest quality part drops of Fredericson himself (maybe the hardest single mob on rk lvl 300) --> Body with additional drop of Pants and Boots.

Got you right there Wal? Can someone confirm or deny it?

the lowest drop the sleeves and gloves, and quite often, and can be spawned by killing the 4 placeholder mobs @ the first campfire inside the base

the middle ql (250) have a chance to drop any piece, including sleeves and gloves (which is kinda lame) - which are spawnable by talking to the Coordinators (2 of them, and 2 commanders they spawn, 1 each)

the higher lvl (300) drop several pieces at once (2 and a quest item, i can say handing a book in = helmet), and are gaureteneed to drop something atleast, the 250's from what i seen dont drop too often, 10% maybe

havent done fredrickson yet, but thats what i know so far

Just one more question: you say "talking" to the Coordinators will spawn the High Commanders. Don´t they attack Omnis at sight?

How tough is Eel?

Eel is the Omni counterpart to Smug for the Clanners. We didn't try on him yet but I can already tell you that he's lvl300 and somewhat guarded so you shouldn't expect an easy fight.

youll need a clanner, they will not attack you tho, and have a 1k dshield, i think

eel / smug are little mean

Field commander Wock , that spawn when u kill the placey's near the two CT's inside the camp.. she got any drop but sleeve, glove ?..
