Bugged Char = Issue with Nano and Range Init Speed

I have a number of chars one of them seems to be bugged ??

Anyone else had anything similar ...

My nano cast time and attack time seem to be double what they should be.. for example I have 160 nano init and a general buff is
nearly instant on my other chars..

On the bugged 1 it takes 4 secs !!!!!.


A Ithica with 1.3 and 1.5 rating for attack is twice as slow a s a VEk with 2.5 & 2.6 with same init speed ..


Anyone have any ideas ????

Check the setting of your aggression bar, maybe your "bugged" char is just on full defense, which makes you attack a lot slower.
