Dunno if someone already said this as im not gonna read the whole thread, but it also has a practical solution in the way that you dont have to unequip your gun to RP, i dont like walking around bar's holding a gun...

Hmmm....I like the idea, but not sure the weapons should still be considered "equipped" really. After all, it takes time to unsheath/unholster and ready a weapon.
It would probably be a command you can type like type "/sheath" once & you sheath the weapon(s) & type "/sheath" again or "/unsheath" to obviously have the weapon(s) ready in your hand(s)
