Where would i find cyborgs that drop CDSA? I heard there were some near Avalon, but i'm not sure exactly where. Also, whats the level on the borgs, and drop rate on armor?

As far as I recall, all non-dungeon Cyborgs drop CDS. The higher the level of the Cyborg, the higher the drop rate.
Install Dovve's map to see most of the Cyborg camps.
