FC, make a pvp tool, let it bee hard to find.. mabe a item u have to break open.. when u use the tool u pick it up from inentory and klick it on a omni-clan-neutral. Than u have to attack within 1 min.. and it shuld be made so u cant use the tool again for some time. The flagg tool can bee used on any carakter within lvl range, and in ewery zone.
