low lght targeting scopes: up to 15% only bought from players
vision enchaner: up to 8% stores/mision loot
shades of syncopated heartbeats :1% cant get them anymore
cortex of the execution: 1% head implant found in step of madness dungeon

100 attack rating = 1% (if im not too wrong?)
Err... no. AR *does* affect your crit chance, but only as it is in relation to your targets defence rating. And don't ask what the formula is cause I have no idea (and I've not seen anyone else with one either...) So versus the same target, higher AR means higher crit chance.
