I have noticed that ever since this year has started, there is alot of crabbiness around. I myself have been part of this the last few days and am so ready to let loose this weekend. I hope you get some good vibes and some good relaxation.

I completely understand what you mean as I've found myself doing the same thing sometimes and have taken a step back to take a break on a few occasions.
