Crit chance already got halfed in PvP. Dont think they need to nerf them more ...
It's already offical that the critbonus will be removed with the 14.8 patch - sorry.

There are none of the "nerf warning" notices promised to be attached to LLTS in 14.6, so it would surprise me if they were further nerfed in 14.8.
