Ring of Progress and others

Just wandering if these are still being worked on or if they are in game and no one has found them yet??

If they are not in game yet is there any idea when it will be in game??

But I could not find any info on the Ring of Progress..
Did I overlook it?

Or is there anywhere else I can look for info on this ring..

Well, my point is that if you can't find the Ring of Progress at the specified link or at http://www.anarchyarcanum.com/, it's most likely not in the game yet. There's no trace of it in the Fixer forums either.
