Hello all
Im currently 148, and I got about 170K ip saved up cause I dont know where to put it...
One Enf said NR and Duck is useless...
So if anyone wants to help me out and give me some suggestions as to what to spend IP on for a PVP oriented Enf please feel free to help out.

NR and Duck are not useless.
In fact, NR is more useful for an Enforcer to raise than for anyone else because of rage.
And if you don't have very high duck, you'll be cozying up to the reclaim terminal as ithaca wielder after ithaca wielder hands you your hiney

Well, NR and Duck are less important if your focus is PvM. So that other enf may simply have had different priorities in mind.
However, it looks like there was recently a change to NR. Enfs with rage can get very high NR and it may no longer be worth the IP to go that high. Nano Resist...stealth nerf

PvP forum so my guess is its about Enforers in PvP - as already said NR and duck do work.
NR to well any trader will agree to that.
