situation in mass pvp as it is now: trader debuffs person, person runs behind their lines and uses virus scanner twice and are right back in the battle in matter of seconds. Debuffers lost hell of a lot of their "danger" already. Make stims against it and debuffs are totally worthless. Instead make virus scanners work against dominate, shutdown and init debuffs now that the scanners are ingame.
