Aren't in game as far as I know. (or I should say "attainable". You might need to kill Iaan Warr's gang for it or something. )

i think its not in game, or if it is, the mob hasnt been found yet, because currently, there isnt a mob that hasnt been killed, that people know of.. i think, i know Warr and his crew have all been taken down, lamb, and i think that that huge borg too, not sure about her tho.

basicly, if it is in game, your gonna have a hell of a ride trying to get it

Not soldiers, only one Notum Soldier. He is in EFP and his place holder is Notum Trainee. I dont recommend you going to try and take on the soldier without a good amount of men and tactic.
