No, FC wants you to be as disorganized as possible so that if something goes missing in your inv, it takes you to long to notice it, amnd then they wont have to rep[lace it.

I find it is quite easy to track what you have as long as you have a system for sorting any new items that enter the bank.
I'd post mine, but i imagine it isn't the best in any case, and there should be hundreds of good ways to do it.
What bugs me:
1) Backpack contents occasionally get scrambled when taking a backpack out of reclaim
2) Inventory contents get scrambled (placement-wise) when in reclaim
3) There's no "Claim all" button on reclaim (!!)
