I seriously suggest this:

If some1 cant equip a weapon without outside buffs, then it should be OE when those outside buffs wears off.

(Is that good english?)

Also:
Make pvp selfbuffed only, that is, if some1 has outside buffs, they should get the message "pvp is not allowed in this condition".

For me, these 2 suggestions make sense.
Next patch, perhaps?

I rather like the idea. But it would sorta invalidate the use of trader wrangle. Which isn't a bad thing for me, since I'm not a trader, but if in essence you would be eliminating that entire line of nanos, you'd need to do something to buffer the hurt feelings of traders who have lost a big potential source of 'income'.

it doesn't invalidate trader wrangles, it actually highlights what they were intended for.

Which was, of course, to give a very nice boost to your teammate(s) damage, without even sacrificing anything (because of drains)

Remember, they tried something like this before, and it didn't last long, frankly it was a stupid idea... (OE if you were at all under the amount needed to equip it)
