I am looking for other people that would be interested in creating a tight knit team based organization. The idea is based of a teaming system. Everyone in the org would be part of a 6 person group that would work towards helping all the other people in their group. Each group would have one leader, and would settle disputes within the group, and would be voted on with in the group also. There will be possibilities for different types of groups, such as tradeskill based, PvP based or simply social or PvM bsaed.

The leaders of each group would hold banks for their members and would be primarily reponsibly with making sure all their members are outfitted well. Of course the other members would contribute to this bank. Members would be assigned or choose a task to perform that is benefiical to the team over all.

There would be room for the more elite and the more relaxed play styles but mostly I want to promote a strong tight knit community feel to the the org, but mostly you must be able to work well with other people and be active in AO. Any ideas, comments or people that would actually like to help form this org please post.
